This varies. Some people benefit from a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support. Your counsellor will help tailor a plan to your needs.

7. Do you offer online or virtual counselling?

Yes. We offer a confidential teletherapy sessions, using a HIPPA compliant videoconferencing platform.

8. What qualifications do your counsellors have?

I do not provide emergency care. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, you should contact emergency services or crisis hotlines.

14. Can I bring someone with me?

Some counsellors allow support persons for the first session, depending on the situation. Always check beforehand.

15. Is counselling suitable for children and teens?

Yes, I specialize in working with children and teens, using age-appropriate methods. Parent or guardian involvement may be required.
